- Contacting concert halls to obtain a date.
- Preparing a contract between the client and the concert manager.
- Working in association with sponsors and/or charities, when required.
- Coordination with public relations consultants, when required.
- Presenting the planning department of the concert hall with a proposed programme together with details of the artist(s), images, video clips, etc.
- Design and printing of concert leaflet.
- Posting details of the concert on selected websites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Arranging cancellation insurance, if required.
- Programme notes (arranging commission, if required).
- Designing the concert programme.
- Organizing a reception in the hall’s restaurant/green room either pre-concert, interval or post-concert, if required.
